What Youll Be DoingDriving the critical path to ensure smooth, on-time product development.Managing seal samples, fit sessions, and QC checks with precision.Collaborating with overseas factories to deliver best-in-class sportswear.Providing clear technical guidance and fit comments to suppliers.Testing and analysing fabrics and garments to meet top performance standards.Working across mens, womens, and junior ranges bringing ideas to life. What Youll Bring2+ years experience in sportswear / performance wear product development or garment technology.Strong technical understanding of fabrics, trims, and performance materials.Experience managing suppliers, fit sessions, and product testing.Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.A genuine passion for innovation, quality, and all things activewear.Willingness to travel to overseas suppliers when required.
