Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application.YOUR MISSION:Ensure together with the Store Manager that the Store consistently achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning, expense control, sales and serviceGuarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMAs Brand Values and service standardsAssume responsibility for accurately processing sales, exchange, refund transactions and discounts at the cash desk while ensuring the adherence of Discount Policy & ProceduresAssist the Store Manager in the recruitment, training, development and succession as well as in preparing and administering performance appraisals of the teamAnalyze customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business together with the Store ManagerAssume responsibility for Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the Store; Manage, achieve and try to exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals; Oversee and manage physical inventory countsAssist the Store Manager in communicating, managing and executing all Marketing driven initiatives and events within budget and according to all Policies & ProceduresYOUR TALENT:Proven management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably Apparel/Footwear)Passion for PUMA BrandCommercial and financial acumenCustomer oriented, reliable and friendly personalityRecruiting and team development skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and (self) motivational skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to present information to large groupsInterest in innovation and changePC-literacy, general MS-Office knowledge including the use of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and InternetOn and Offsite trainingsDevelopmental position for high performing Supervisors to continue increasing their skillset in order to become a Store ManagerPUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
