In this role, youll manage the end-to-end process of assets transferring on and off the FNZ platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding client service.What Youll Be DoingYoull play a key role in making sure assets move efficiently and accurately, liaising with fund managers, brokers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless transfer experience.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging all transfer processes via electronic and paper methodsTransferring platform holdings in and out of FNZ custody on a daily basisIssuing stock transfer forms and working with electronic transfer solutions for re-registrationEnsuring accounts held by FNZ (UK) Nominees Ltd reflect accurate transfer positionsInvestigating transfer requests and resolving client queriesLiaising with counterparties to agree trade and settlement instructionsMonitoring fund manager reports daily and taking action where neededSupporting inbound calls from corporate clients and plan managersReporting team MI and supporting continuous process improvementWhat Were Looking ForYoull be proactive, accurate, and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients.
