As Paid Social Executive, you'll take ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta and emerging platforms for a fast-growing brand with ambitious growth targets. What You'll Be Doing Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, with full ownership of strategy and execution Evaluate and expand into new platforms including TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn Develop testing strategies across bidding, targeting and creative elements Create digital assets for campaigns using templates, tools and agency partners Lead continuous A/B testing across ad formats, copy, media types, audiences and landing pages Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights and commercial recommendations Present clear, commercially relevant reports to both digital specialists and senior leadership Stay ahead of platform developments and industry trends Collaborate with a passionate team of marketers who genuinely want to learn and grow together What You'll Need to Apply Experience in a similar paid media or digital marketing role (agency or in-house background). Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn Ads is a bonus. Performance-oriented mindset with genuine curiosity about what drives results. Analytical and data-driven approach with strong commercial awareness. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills across all levels.
