They are looking for an ambitious and accomplished 3-5 PQE Employment Solicitor to join their practice on a hybrid working basis. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in a period of sustained team growth and development. What You Will Be Doing You will handle a diverse and high-quality workload for employers, covering the full spectrum of Employment law: Comprehensive Casework: Advising on both complex contentious and non-contentious matters. Corporate Support: Providing essential transactional and TUPE advice. Senior Executive Focus: Experience handling sensitive and complex senior executive matters is highly desirable. Team Contribution: Acting as a self-starter, managing smaller matters with minimal supervision, and actively engaging in business development to benefit the team and the firm. What My Client Is Looking For The successful candidate will be a technical expert with a strong commercial approach, keen to contribute immediately. Employment Associate Requirements Qualifications England and Wales Qualified Solicitor. PQE Level 3-5 years' recent experience gained exclusively in Employment law.
