The Opportunity As Sales Manager, you will lead, motivate and develop an established sales team, ensuring performance, compliance and service excellence are achieved at all times. You will champion new business growth, drive retention strategies and represent the sales function at senior level. This role requires someone who leads by example, brings energy to a team, and actively encourages performance through coaching, development and clear leadership.
