KeyDutiesandResponsibilities MainDuties Provideend-to-endprocessingofclientsweeklyandmonthlypayrolls SetupBacspaymentsforsalariesandHMRCpayments Uploadpensioncontributionsusingdifferentschemeproviders Updateandmaintainallpayrollrecordsasprocessed Toliaisewithkeycontactsforclientsonpayrollrelatedqueries Undertakepayrolladministrationincludingsettingupnewstarters,HMRCtaxcodeschangesandstudentloanupdates Calculateterminationpayments,statutorysickness,maternity,paternity,sharedpaternalleaveandadoptionpayments AssistwithproducingP11ds Processsalaryincreasesandcalculationofbackpayasnecessary ProcessmonthendRTIsubmissionsandreconciliationofclientsgovernmentgatewayaccount EndofYearprocessingandreconciliationsincludingendofyearRTIsubmissionsandissueofP60s PersonSpecification GCSEMathsandEnglishorequivalent IdeallyCIPPqualifiedorworkingtowards 25yearspreviousexperienceinrunningmultiplepayrolls Attentiontodetailtoensureaccuracyinallpayrollprocesses Abilitytomeetdeadlines Excellentorganisationskills.
