The Role Razor USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Sales Support & Scooter Repair Technician to join our team at our Tiverton Head Office. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and hands-on repair services for our range of kids' scooters. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will operate within our after-sales department, focusing on both technical repair and customer service. Product Repair and Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose and perform simple mechanical and electrical repairs on kids' scooters, ensuring all products meet Razor's stringent quality and safety standards. Fault Reporting: Log and track common product faults, providing valuable, structured feedback to the product development and quality assurance teams to drive continuous improvement. Workshop Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient repair workshop environment, managing parts inventory and repair workflow. Required Skills and Experience We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong aptitude for technical work and a commitment to precision. Technical Foundation: A proven level of experience in bike or scooter repair , OR a strong, demonstrable interest in engineering and after-sales service. Precision and Quality: Exceptional attention to detail is a must for accurate fault diagnosis and precise, high-quality repair work. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and professional approach Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions for product issues.
