Job Description Location: Flexible (Remote with travel as and when required)Reports to: Head of TechnologyTMS (Total Marketing Support) are a subsidiary company of DS Smith. TMS provide Point of Sale Marketing solutions for leading brands as well as specialised packaging solutions.TMS are on an exciting digital transformation journey. We are looking for a Digital Enablement Lead to drive the strategic use of technology and data across the business, enabling efficiency, innovation, and improved customer engagement. This role leads a cross-functional team and plays a key part in shaping the future digital landscape of TMS.ResponsibilitiesLead the digital enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with TMS business objectives and the wider DS Smith technology roadmapManage and develop a high-performing team consisting of a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Continual Improvement ManagerChampion the adoption and integration of new technologies, ensuring they add value and align with existing systems and processesDrive data-led decision making, working closely with the Data Manager to enhance data governance, architecture, and literacy across the businessIdentify and implement opportunities to optimise processes and improve business efficiencyEnhance customer experience through the effective use of digital tools and solutionsEngage stakeholders across TMS and DS Smith Group to ensure successful delivery of digital initiativesLead change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and user adoption of new technologies or processesDefine and monitor KPIs to measure the impact and performance of digital initiativesRepresent the Technology function in cross-functional strategic planning, supporting the Head of Technology in shaping TMSs digital futureAdditional InformationFull line management for a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Continual Improvement ManagerOccasional travel to other TMS sites and DS Smith Group offices may be requiredPerson SpecificationStrong strategic vision with the ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutionsProven leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional digital or technology teamsHighly analytical with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionInnovative mindset with a passion for exploring and applying emerging technologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCustomer-focused approach, with an understanding of how digital solutions enhance user and customer experienceSkilled in leading change and embedding new ways of workingSolid understanding of data governance, architecture, and analyticsExperience delivering digital transformation initiatives within complex or multinational environmentsKnowledge of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and data platformsDegree in a relevant field (Information Systems, Business, Data Science) and/or project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is desirableWhat We Can Offer YouCompetitive salaryPension scheme & Life insuranceShare Save schemeIncome Protection25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgrammeVirtual GP, Occupational Health & free Flu vaccineCycle to Work and shopping discountsTo fulfil our purpose of redefining packaging for a changing world, we aim to build a diverse, motivated, and engaged workforce.
