Job Description Description Location: Sheffield / London / Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri) Salary: Up to 77,000 (Sheffield) / 90,000 (London) depending on experienceTHE ROLE With responsibility for leading the development and delivery of the Banks digital and AI strategy and web development and across the organisations current and future digital estate, you will also drive improvements in website architecture, automation, and platform integration. This will require you to proactively lead engagement across the organisation and with our internal stakeholders and external agencies to make recommendations of technical solutions to address our customer needs throughout the customer journey and improve our internal operating efficiencies while ensuring that web projects align with strategic and business objectives. All activity will need to be evidence based, tracked, measurable and driven by data and insights.
