Job Description Registered Service Manager Established Residential ServiceComplex Needs and Learning DisabilitiesUp to 45,000ManchesterOverviewCompass is supporting a national provider of Residential care, who offer support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, to recruit a Registered Service Manager for their established residential service based in Manchester. The service supports 8 men.The CandidateAs the Registered Service Manager, you will report to the Area Director and have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes leading and managing the staff team, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with CQC standards, and collaboration with the companys quality team. You will promote independence and personal development for the people supported, while ensuring staff wellbeing and efficient service delivery.
