We are seeking passionate and skilledChild PsychiatristsinCanterburyto support a remote ASD and ADHD assessment pathway. You will deliver structured neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people aged 518, completing detailed clinical interviews, reviewing developmental histories, and evaluating behavioural and educational information. Working remotely, you will follow NICE-aligned diagnostic processes, producing clear and comprehensive reports that guide treatment recommendations and next steps for families. You will be fully supported by robust governance, administrative, and clinical systems while maintaining full flexibility over your schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensiveASD and ADHD assessmentsfor children and young people aged 518.Review developmental histories, educational reports, behavioural questionnaires, and previous clinical records.Carry out structured clinical interviews with children, parents, and carers.Formulate accuratediagnosesand produce detailed, evidence-based clinical reports.Provideclinical recommendationsfor treatment planning, educational support, and ongoing care pathways.Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams (MDTs)when required, including safeguarding discussions.Maintainhigh standards of clinical documentationin line with NICE guidance and professional standards.Participate inremote or virtual clinicsusing secure platforms, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.Stay up to date with current research and best practice inneurodevelopmental assessment .Requirements GMC Specialist RegistrationChild & Adolescent PsychiatryProven experience in ASD/ADHD diagnostic workRight to work in the UKHow to Apply: For further details, please contactKyanby sending yourCVto, or apply directly via this site.
