What will you be doing?What will you be doing?We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Event Manager with deep knowledge of cost-effective and available venues in London that cater to non-profit organisations, charities, and grassroots initiatives.In this role, you will support our mission by sourcing affordable or in-kind event spaces, identifying potential community halls, co-working spaces, or venues open to offering charity discounts or sponsorships, and coordinating logistics such as refreshments, transportation, and room setup.You will also contribute innovative ideas for funding or subsidising events, including partnerships, grant-supported venues, or creative venue-sharing models.This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in the London events space and passionate about helping social impact organisations make the most of their limited resources.Important Note This is a remote and on-the-ground volunteer opportunity based in London, UK, with flexible hours depending on project timelines. Occasional in-person visits to venues or meetings will be required.
