The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, experienced professional to join our fast-growing Commercial Team. You will play a key role in growing our client base, managing complex transactions, and delivering exceptional service. Working closely with both private and trade networks, youll guide clients throughout the entire sales process. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new area of the business at the heart of the worlds leading luxury watch marketplace. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service across online, phone, and in-person channels. Guide clients through every stage of the sales journeyfrom enquiry to delivery and follow-up. Source and sell through both trade and private channels. Manage leads using Salesforce and maintain CRM discipline. Drive proactive sales via outreach and engagement strategies. Collaborate with Purchasing and Servicing teams to ensure accurate stock information. Maintain and enhance our Chrono24 listings. Support sales operations through key administrative tasks. You thrive in a high-performance, client focused environment. Required Skills & Attributes In-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, and market trends. Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from sourcing to closing. Track record in luxury goods or watch retail sales. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Comfortable with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused. Passionate about craftsmanship and storytelling in horology.
