Past placement students have:Developed human performance initiativesInvestigated and analysed organisational eventsCreated learning briefs, OE reports, and benchmarking documentationSupported communications campaigns, training projects and business planningAnalysed trends using operational data to drive changeThis placement is designed to help you apply your academic training to real-world challenges, supported by mentors and colleagues across the station.Where Youll Be BasedYoull be located at Torness Power Station in East Lothian, Scotland a coastal site with a long-standing operational history and strong internal culture.
