Full training will be provided.As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, turning issues into solutions and ensuring every homeowner feels heard and supported. You'll work closely with site managers, operatives, and contractors to keep communication clear and resolutions on track.You'll log issues, coordinate resources, and make sure everything runs smoothly, all while making a real difference to how our customers experience their new home.What You'll Be DoingSupporting homeowners throughout their aftercare journeyHandling defect queries clearly, promptly, and professionallyLiaising with internal teams (Construction, Sales, Surveying, Technical) to ensure smooth communicationLogging issues, raising work orders, and tracking progress to completionProviding general admin support to keep operations running efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a fast-paced, customer-facing roleA confident communicator with strong attention to detailCalm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, and internal systemsMost importantly someone who is genuinely passionate about delivering great serviceJBRP1_UKTJ
