If youre passionate about shaping the future of people practices and creating meaningful impact across a global organisation, wed love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of the HR strategy and transformation plan as we transition to a technology-enabled global operating model.Drive and support changes in leadership and line management behaviours, particularly in managing people issues.Lead a range of employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, wellbeing, and capability matters.Provide credible, commercial, and balanced advice on HR issues to deliver true business value.Coach and guide our line managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters effectively.Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver HR projects and initiatives.Support business change activities including restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE processes.Contribute to the review and enhancement of ER policies, processes, and toolkits to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance with best practice.Evaluate ER data to identify trends and inform proactive interventions.Deliver ER-related training to develop people management capability across the business.Support the development of HR Advisors to ensure activities are aligned and delivered effectively.What will help you succeed in this role?EssentialProven experience managing complex ER cases from end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.Considerable knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers at all levels.Experience supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
