Job Description Title:CNC Programmer Milling (Fanuc / CADCAM)Location:RedditchFull Time PermanentSalary:35,000 - 45,000 DOEAre you a skilled CNC Milling Programmer with a passion for precision engineering?Were working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering company based in Redditch who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Programmer with strong CAD/CAM skills to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level in a high-specification environment producing bespoke parts for the aerospace, defence, motorsport, and prototyping sectors.What You'll Be DoingProgramming, setting, and operating 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling machinesCreating and editing offline programs using CADCAM software ideally ESPRIT, though training can be provided for the right candidate with experience in Hypermill, EdgeCAM, or similarSetting and operating machineryWorking from complex engineering drawings to produce components from both metal and plasticDesigning fixtures and tooling for bespoke, small-batch, or prototype productionConducting self-inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gaugesCollaborating with the wider engineering team to reduce cycle times and improve process efficiencySupporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring production quality meets the highest standardsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in multi-axis CNC millingOffline programming experience using CAD/CAM software (ESPRIT ideal, others welcome)Confident in working with Fanuc controlsBackground in precision engineering sectors such as aerospace, defence, or motorsportCapable of interpreting technical drawings and producing high-precision componentsA proactive and quality-driven mindset with good problem-solving skillsWhats on OfferSalary between 35,000 45,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to work in a clean, modern workshop with an experienced and friendly teamDiverse and technically interesting projects across high-performance industriesContinuous development and training on advanced software and machinesJBRP1_UKTJ
