Job Description Dual Registered Manager Childrens Residential HomesLocation: Worthing, West SussexContract: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)Salary: 50,000 rising to 55,00060,000 for dual home managementAdditional Pay: 50 per night sleep-ins & performance-related bonusesAbout the RoleWere looking for a passionate, experienced and inspiring Dual Registered Manager to lead two Childrens Residential Homes in the Worthing area. This includes:Managing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and care planningDriving high standards to achieve Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratingsEnsuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance (Childrens Homes Regulations & Quality Standards 2015)Recruiting, coaching, and developing staff to deliver outstanding careBuilding strong relationships with professionals, families, and the wider communityOverseeing budgets, resources, and the health 'safety of the homesTaking part in shared on-call dutiesAbout YouWere seeking an experienced, dynamic manager who shares our commitment to transforming the lives of children and young people. Youll be:Qualified with at least Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People (or equivalent)Experienced: minimum of 2 years in a residential setting within the last 5 years, including at least 2 years at Registered Manager levelKnowledgeable of Childrens Home Regulations, safeguarding, care planning, and multi-agency workingSkilled leader with proven ability to inspire and manage teams, monitor performance, and deliver excellent outcomesResilient and organised, able to manage complex situations and drive positive changeHolder of a full UK driving licence with at least 2 years experienceWorking HoursTypically MondayFriday 9am5pmShared on-call responsibilitiesMake a DifferenceThis is more than a job its a chance to shape a new home, lead a dedicated team, and transform the lives of children and young people.
