They contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet customer requirements and drive efficiency and productivity.Main ResponsibilitiesApplication configuration and installation: Configure the application (data model, modules, settings, etc.) and manage the installation process to ensure it aligns with customer requirements.Implementation of technical solutions: Implement tailored technical solutions according to customer needs and specifications.Testing and quality assurance: Test the customized solutions from a users perspective and document the testing procedures to ensure thorough quality assurance.Issue tracking and solution improvement: Track, document, and manage customer issues, work with development teams to find quick solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the solutions quality.Support in solution design: Collaborate with the responsible Consultant to help design customized technical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.Solution modification and troubleshooting: Collaborate with the responsible Consultant to make necessary changes and extensions to the implemented solutions, addressing any issues that arise during the project.Technical advisor for consulting teams: Act as a key technical resource for the Consulting teams, providing valuable insights and expertise to support their work.Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation that supports the project and ensures a clear record of processes and decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including (pre)sales, Technical Consultants, and product teams, to provide technical expertise and ensure seamless project deliveryWhat you need to fulfill the roleFluent English Language skills are mandatoryPrerequisite: databases SQL Server, Oracle, scripting PowerShell Microsoft technologies Windows Server, IIS, COM+, etc. XMLAptitude and ability to understand and configure software solutions. Detail-oriented with the ability to document procedures accurately. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of solution implementation and support. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with construction industry processes and terminology is a plus.
