Role: Handyman Location: Stevenage Contract type: Temporary (Full time) Duration: Ongoing Start date: 01/01/26 Pay rate: 190 p/d Fawkes & Reece contact: Neil on 07548114295 The company: A well established regional contractor who specialises in new build residential with a focus on high end finishes. The role: Handyman performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and general upkeep tasks for homes and businesses. They are skilled in multiple trades, such as basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting, and are responsible for completing projects that are often too small for specialized contractors. About you: Ideally you will have previous working experience in a Handyman position. You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you. You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires. To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Previous experience in a Handyman position You will have a CSCS Card. Strong work ethic in a team Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.
