With our hands at work across all aspects of health, we use the most advanced development tools, AI, data science and innovative approaches to make the healthcare system work better for everyone.Primary Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:Supporting the set up and coordination of the electronic medical record keeping systemProcessing vendor invoicesProcessing contractor expenses, timesheets and reportsMaintaining a record of communication with clients and contractorsCreating and maintaining project delivery foldersUploading certification and documentation on client specific portalsReformatting documentation in line with company standards and company brandingManaging and implementing internal team audit schedulesMaintaining the master document registerMinute taking during meetings and creating follow up action trackersCreating mobilisation documentation for contractorsCovering holiday absences for the team as and when requiredBSL Lead (Business Segment Lead)IT Assistance and the setting up of new employeesAny other duties as outlined by line ManagerYou will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:Degree level education or Completion of high school or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working for an international company in an administrator roleExperience working in healthcareDemonstrated customer service attitudePreferred Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:An interest in world affairsStrong administration skillsMS Office proficiencySoft Skills of the Project Coordinator:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to multi-taskPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
