Compliance Admin Co-Ordinator Location: Barnsley, S70 Department: Property Services Repairs, Maintenance & Building Safety Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week Contract: Fixed term initial contract, until May 2026 Salary: 13.69 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday! About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Barnsley for a Compliance Admin Co-Ordinator to join our Repairs, Maintenance & Building Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance across our property services and contribute to delivering a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service. Key Responsibilities Support Compliance Officers and Managers in meeting regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate compliance records and develop complex spreadsheets for reporting. Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation for compliance activities. Process material and equipment requisitions and raise orders. Ensure contractor qualification records are up to date. Provide technical and administrative support for capital works projects and repairs. Assist in resolving customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience. Minute-taking and administrative support for meetings. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or relevant experience in a similar role. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships. Experience in construction, engineering, maintenance, or similar environments. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Commitment to equality, diversity, and health & safety standards.
