We love a bit of get up and go, so you wont be afraid of getting stuck into your work with passion and enthusiasm. Some of your core responsibilities will be:Leading from the front and work shoulder to shoulder with your teamManaging, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising the performance of your storeIdentify the potential of your team to ensure there is a strong pipeline of talentSupport in creating a working environment where people are happy to come into workOwnership of store financial contribution in order to drive sales and control costsEnsure you and your team always provide the highest level of customer serviceMaintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performanceEnsure you take responsibility for all aspects of store operations in the Store Managers absence, including maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the store, complying with health and safety standards, monitoring store security and accurate completion of administrationEncourage a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store/teamFind out more about a Store Role
