Job Description Commercial Finance Manager - Hertfordshire JSS Search are pleased to be recruiting a great new Commercia Finance Manager role with a client based in South Hertfordshire. The Commercial Finance you will lead financial analysis, management reporting and business partnering with stakeholders across operations assisting in management of costs, cost efficiencies and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities:The Commercial Finance Manager will be a true business partner, able to work effectively with multi-stakeholders across the business and to help drive business performance. Responsibilities will include: Business partnering with key operational stakeholders, their go to person for all financials Expert in managing budgets, forecasting and financial modellingCost analysis and management of cost saving initiatives, reporting on progress Management reporting, explaining variances, highlighting risks and opportunities KPI reporting and presentation of the story behind the numbersContinuous improvements in all aspects of operational performanceproduction of insightful analysis and reporting ensuring management can make informed commercial decisionsExperience:Fully qualified Commercial Finance Manager (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Strong commercial acumen, ability to relate numbers to operational performance Proven experience in commercial finance role in large, fast paced organisationStrong excel and financial modelling experienceExpert in collaborating with non finance stakeholders, relationship building and communicationOn Offer:Salary and package of circa 75,000-80,000 plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working
