Job Description Job Role: Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AGHybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial embedding period.Salary: Competitive base salary reflective of level of previous recruitment experience plus uncapped bonus earning potentialHours: 37.5 per week, Monday - FridayContract: Full time and permanentWhat is the role?Reed Bristol are looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team of successful tech recruiters, to focus on a permanents technology desk across Bristol and the South West.You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads through business development, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, organising interviews, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.Lets dive into the perks, shall we?
