Whether its premium outerwear for the city or high-performance kit for the mountains, our mission is to deliver exceptional products and service while promoting sustainability and a deeper connection to the outdoors.What youll be doingOur Monument store has Snow+Rock and Runners Need fascias!Drive high performance by coaching your team through daily operations including stock management, cash handling and store safetyLead by example, motivating your team to deliver expert service and hit performance targetsHelp create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every customer feels valuedStep up to lead the team in the Store Managers absenceMaintain a high standard of presentation, keeping the store organised, inviting, and easy to shop inWhat were looking forHave existing experience as an Assistant Store Manager or a longstanding supervisor and know how to get the best from a teamTake pride in delivering outstanding customer service and helping people find the right productsUnderstand the key parts of store operations, from stock and safety to visual standardsValue being part of a supportive team that works together to bring out the best in each otherWhat youll get from usWe know that to lead well, you need to feel supported.
