OverviewOur client is seeking a proactive and motivated Resourcer to join their well-established interim legal resourcing division. This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality interim legal solutions to a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in identifying talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting the wider growth of the interim consulting function.ResponsibilitiesSupport the full resourcing and shortlisting process for interim and consultancy assignmentsCoordinate interviews in collaboration with the Resourcing AdministratorMaintain regular contact with active consultants, monitoring performance and potential redeploymentContribute to internal team projects and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify business development opportunities using tools such as LinkedIn and market insightsBuild strong working relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholdersDeliver commercial targets in line with service-level agreements and annual objectivesRequirements1–2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house); experience in legal or professional services is advantageousStrong sourcing skills, with experience building and maintaining candidate pipelinesConfident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilitiesHighly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong administrative skills and commercial acumenBenefitsOur client offers a supportive and growth-oriented working environment, encouraging individuals to reach their full potential.
