This role will shape and manage the transition to a future-state security architecture, ensuring systems, suppliers, and operational processes align to long-term strategic goals. In addition to delivery leadership, the role requires substantial work in IT Operating Model (ITOM) definition, service transition, strategy development, and supplier-model design.You will act as a central delivery and transformation lead, working closely with internal stakeholders, operational teams and external vendors to coordinate upgrades, roadmap execution, operating model development, and knowledge transfer activities. You will help define the future operating model for the organisations physical security systems, establish governance boundaries, and support multi-year roadmap planning across integrated security platforms.Please note: this is a hybrid role, requiring at least 1 day per week onsite at our customers Heathrow office. Required skills & qualifications:Strong commercial background, ideally with experience in outsourcing or managing complex vendor landscapesDeep understanding of physical security technologies such as access control systems, CCTV, intercoms, ANPR, and related platformsProven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder security or infrastructure programmesExperience contributing to or designing operating models, service transition approaches, or supplier strategyAbility to develop transition plans, manage suppliers, and coordinate technical and operational workstreamsExperience supporting consolidation, upgrade or modernisation of physical security systemsStrong communication, stakeholder management and delivery leadership skillsKey responsibilities & duties include:Lead the delivery of a physical security technology programme, ensuring alignment with strategic architectural directionDefine and shape a future operating model for physical security systems, including ownership, support boundaries and governanceContribute to a multi-year roadmap for access control, CCTV, SALTO, AC2000, and integrated security systemsCoordinate upgrades, integrations and consolidation activities across access control, CCTV, and broader security systemsManage vendor engagement, commercial considerations, and sourcing options to support long-term delivery needsLead capacity transition planning and support business readiness activitiesOversee roadmap execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are managed effectivelyFacilitate knowledge transfer and ensure operational readiness across teams and suppliersAct as the central point of delivery coordination across internal stakeholders, security functions, and external partnersWork at the intersection of enterprise architecture, service design, physical security, property and corporate governanceDesirable skills:Experience working within the aviation or airline industryBackground in managing or exiting complex vendor contracts and transitionsFamiliarity with regulated or safety-critical operational environmentsWhats in it for you:An opportunity to join a fast-growing companyOptions for career advancementLearning and development opportunitiesFlexible working environmentCompetitive salaries based on experienceEqual Opportunity Employer:Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
