Youll gain exposure to forecasting, P&L, and promotional execution building the skills to step up into National Account Manager level.What youll doManage wholesaler and distributor accounts, delivering revenue and margin targets.Analyse sales data to spot opportunities and track promotions.Work with marketing and supply teams to ensure strong execution and stock availability.Pitch to distributors and support customer visits.Handle forecasting, P&L sign-off, and stock management.What were looking for13 years experience in FMCG, retail, or wholesale/distributor management.Strong commercial and financial awareness.Confident communicator with influencing skills.Self-sufficient, proactive, and eager to grow.Graduate scheme background or early career FMCG experience ideal.Whats in it for youSalary 37,00043,000 + target bonusPrivate healthcare (single cover) + 10x pension contribution.Career progression
