To manage the development and delivery of projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements. Leading on the implementation of efficiency initiatives across the delivery unit and supporting the delivery unit with business change initiatives as well as delivering projects relating to asset and performance improvements. About The Role (External) Here are some of the duties your role will include: - Agree remit and success criteria of projects with the relevant Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors. Manage the development and delivery of projects in compliance with company processes and procedures Manage the production of project management plans for projects. Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional teams to deliver projects, where appropriate. Deliver regular progress reports on projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors Manage project budgets within agreed targets. Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods Manage the delivery of the efficiency programme on behalf Edinburgh DU, Creation of funding requests and investment papers for performance improvement projects.
