Provide supervision to the Academic Services Officer and to take responsibility for various areas of Academic Services.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship!What the role involves::Delegate workload to the Academic Services Administrator to support the overall delivery of Academic Services tasksCollation and distribution of information from partner agenciesCo Ordinate and Support the preparation of Assessment Boards, Exams, Enrolment and other area’s of Academic ServicesDaily checking of Power BI reports to ensure the accuracy and quality of data stored within Thesis, highlighting any area’s of concern to the Academic Services Leadership Team.To deal with queries by telephone, letter, e-mail and face to face from academic and professional services colleagues and students in relation to a number of Registry issuesEnsure all information relating to the information stored onto the Student Management System is accurate.Responsibility for the supervision of Academic Services Administrator and training new members of staff.About YouHigher Education experienceExperience of Staff SupervisionAbility to manage the workload of your team and yourself Customer/student focused approach.
