The role Act as first point of contact for timber customers, both internal and external. Issue PINs via telephone to facilitate uplift of timber from the Welsh Government Woodland Estate. Complete timber despatch processes as required e.g. PIN exceptions and PIN checks, instances of overloading, etc. Update weight ticket data within our Timber Sales System and undertake checks as required.
