Hounslow - 30,000-40,000- Depending on Experience Turbo Driving are a leading recruitment business looking for an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant. This a WARM DESK and we are looking for the right consultant to bring on more business and build a portfolio for Turbo driving that will generate additional sales. Hours of work: Monday - Friday approx. 08.30am - 17.00pm office based but, we also give flexibility to work remotely you will be working in the driving sector which will include HGV Class 1, HGV class 2, 7.5T and van drivers. Main Duties and Responsibilities To liaise with clients daily to understand their needs and plan your day accordingly. Resource for suitable candidates. Write and place professional and effective job advertisements to attract candidates. Develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing. Always maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure that they receive the best service possible and to maximize business opportunities. Work with colleagues to ensure we capitalize on every opportunity to generate sales and build on the core to additional sales. Manage recruitment process from start to finish with both client and candidate. Manage placed candidates and correspond with Clients. Ensure records are kept in line with, and adhere to, the recruitment legislation. Keep all paperwork/system work up-to date regarding candidate's eligibility to work. Ensure all candidates are fully compliant. Work with multiple sites, visiting the sites also. Out of hours on call on a rota basis with the rest of the team.
