You should be able to write in an authentic tone that resonates with this community, and convert them to our sponsors’ products via effective calls to action that don’t feel overly spammy or annoying..Experience writing ads for developer tools, software and technology products will be beneficial, but is not required.TasksKey ResponsibilitiesWrite sponsored segments for two newsletter editions per weekDigest technical software products and communicate their benefits to readersCraft effective CTAs that convert readers to sponsored productsCommunicate with sponsors to incorporate their revisions and feedbackRequirementsSkills and experienceDemonstrable experience writing commercial copy, whether agency or in-houseDemonstrable experience in copywriting with humour, satire, in line with the newsletter’s tonePassionate about the Creator Economy and the educational YouTube spaceFamiliar with the newsletters space and how to write engaging ad copy for the formatA self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to grow and developHighly organized, with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesAn excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in English**Desirable**This position is for a JavaScript-focused newsletter, so an interest in coding and programming is a big plus.BenefitsElectrify CultureDynamic environment - We are dedicated to providing a world-class creative culture where our employees can thrive.
