I am working on behalf of a dedicated team seeking an organised and proactive individual to support buyers through the sales progression process over a three-month temporary contract. Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales progression process from reservation through to legal completion Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers, solicitors, and internal teams Proactively chase documentation, queries, and outstanding actions to ensure timely completions Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to all relevant parties Support the wider sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in sales progression, new homes sales, or estate agency (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property transactions Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively Monday to Friday availability (no weekend working required) Why Apply?
