Water Technician Mayfair 40,000 + Travel expensed Our client is looking for an experienced Water Technician to work in the Mayfair area at a commercial site. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for an established maintenance provider where there are great opportunities to progress. Key Duties Create, maintain, and populate all water treatment logbooks. Act as the Responsible Person, ensuring full compliance with all water legislation. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and testing of Cooling Towers. Work closely with the nominated water treatment contractor, overseeing service visits and sampling for both Cooling Towers and Closed Systems. Carry out statutory and mandatory servicing of water systems and equipment, including TMVs. Perform first-stage review of water treatment laboratory results (microbiological and chemical). Descale taps and showers as required. Service and sample domestic water services, including calorifiers. Complete Cooling Tower dip slides. Conduct water tank inspections. Oversee cleaning and chlorination of Cooling Towers and soft water tanks. Inspect and maintain associated water treatment plant, including RO units and softeners. Key Requirements Strong knowledge of HSG274. L8 certification. Experience with Cooling Towers. Experience with Closed Water Systems. Posted by Luke Clark TPBN1_UKTJ
