In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse tenders and contracts, carry out material take-offs and work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. You will split your time between the office and occasional site visits, gaining a full view of the project lifecycle while collaborating with project managers to ensure successful delivery. This position would suit someone with experience in cost estimation, tender analysis or budget preparation, ideally within construction or related sectors. You should be confident reading technical drawings, communicating with stakeholders and managing your workload in a deadline-driven environment.
