Job Description: Overview We are looking for an assessor to provide end to end structured support for our clients apprenticeship learners on programme. To ensure the most effective and up-to-date approaches are implemented to prepare learners to successfully progress. The apprenticeship program provides learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in Health and Social Care, equipping them with essential skills for a successful career in the industry. Your impact Ensure the highest training standards by adapting to learner needs. Cover a regional area and travel to learners' workplaces for assessments. Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and outline personalised learning pathways. Reference and evaluate evidence collected in the workplace to meet key skill requirements. Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and guided contact hours, ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets. Arrange additional training through day release and provide in-house training support as needed. Keep detailed records of clients' achievements to meet the performance criteria established by relevant awarding bodies. ? What are we looking for? Essential Relevant training experience and a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent) Experience in an apprenticeship setting. Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery. Level 3 QFC in Children and Young People. Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
