ThePostHolderwillundertakedetailedspecialistsurveystodwellings,preparecontractspecificationsandmanagecontractorsundertakingremedialworks,ensuringthatqualitystandardsareachievedandthatfullcompliancewithstatutoryandregulatoryrequirementsismaintainedand ThePostHolderwillthoroughlyinvestigateallHousingDisrepairclaimsandallocatedPersonalInjuryclaimsinvolvingcarryingoutdetailedinterviewswithclaimantstopreparedetailedreportsforInsurersandSolicitors,andbetheInstructingOfficerforthedepartmentinthenegotiationofsettlementsinallHousingDisrepairclaimsandallocatedPersonalInjuryclaims. ThePostHolderwillberesponsibleformonitoringallHousingDepartmentclaims/reportsinrelationtodampissuesincludingreportingonthecurrentsituationandtrendstoSeniorManagement.
