From 1-day workshops to 10-week arts related courses, this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and delivery of high-quality, engaging programs that inspire learners of all levels.You will play a key role in overseeing a small team, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring that every course we deliver is nothing short of exceptional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong arts background and commercial education experience who thrives in a leadership role.What you will do:Manage a small, passionate team to deliver high-quality short courses, from design to execution, with a focus on creativity, excellence, and student experience.Work with internal teams to develop new courses and enhance existing ones. Explore new opportunities to expand and innovate the course catalog.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote courses, boost attendance, and increase sales.Manage budgets for each course, ensuring we meet financial targets while maintaining high standards.Cultivate strong, positive relationships with students, tutors, and external partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.What we are looking for:A deep understanding and passion for the arts, with hands-on experience in arts education or similar creative fields.Proven experience in leading and motivating small teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational, planning, and financial management skills to ensure courses run smoothly and on budget.Experience in delivering commercially successful educational programs, with the ability to drive course attendance and generate revenue.
