The purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to work closely with the external payroll bureau to ensure accurate processing: Collating information (timesheets and the time and attendance system) for c1400 employees to be paid monthly. Check accuracy before submission. Act as the liaison between employees, management, and the external bureau. Handle employee queries about payslips, deductions, or benefits. Investigate discrepancies, resolve disputes, and manage exceptions (e.g., maternity leave, sick pay, terminations). Other ad hoc duties as required. The person: Previous payroll experience is essential . Good written and verbal communication skills are required. You will be disciplined and self - motivated , able to work on your own initiative .
