The Role Youll take on a senior leadership position overseeing a diverse portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, ensuring a high-quality service to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied corporate caseload including trading and non-trading administrations, CVLs, and MVLs Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a capable team of administrators and senior administrators Playing a key role in business development and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships Taking formal insolvency appointments (for licensed IPs) or working closely alongside the appointment holder Ensuring full regulatory compliance and maintaining strong procedural standards About You Youll likely be an experienced Insolvency Manager or Senior Manager ready to progress, or an existing IP seeking a fresh challenge with more autonomy.
