Mobile Plant Fitter Location: Huddersfield Salary/Bonuses: 35,000 36,000 per annum, 45-hour week + overtime at time-and-a-half Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established construction plant equipment business who are looking to grow their service team with an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter. This company provides plant machinery to a range of construction, civils and groundwork clients across the region. The Role Servicing, maintenance and repair of mobile construction plant machinery on client sites. Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults. Carrying out breakdown support, routine servicing and scheduled inspections. Completing job sheets accurately and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Working independently, travelling to customer locations primarily around the Huddersfield and West Yorkshire area. The Candidate The successful applicant will: Have previous experience working as a Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Technician, Heavy Plant Engineer, or similar. Be confident fault-finding across hydraulics, electrics, engines and transmissions. Ideally have experience with excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers and other construction machinery. Hold a full UK driving licence. Be able to work independently with a customer-focused approach.
