Senior Electrical Project Manager - Tier 1 M&E Contractor Major Data Centre Project - 97m Location: Hemel Hempstead Are you a proven Electrical Project Manager with the drive, technical excellence, and leadership capability to deliver one of the UK's most advanced data centre schemes? This is a rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 M&E contractor at the forefront of high tech critical infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of the full electrical delivery on a flagship 97m data centre in Hemel Hempstead. You will play a pivotal role in leading multi disciplinary teams, driving technical solutions and ensuring flawless project execution within a fast paced mission critical environment. The Role As Senior Electrical PM, you will be responsible for: Complete electrical package management from design development to commissioning and handover Leading project engineers, supervisors, and specialist subcontractors on a large-scale, high-spec M&E installation Influencing design, challenging technical solutions, and ensuring compliance with Tier III/IV data centre standards Managing programme, cost control, risk, procurement and client reporting at a senior level Liaising directly with blue-chip end clients, main contractors and internal leadership to maintain best-in-class delivery Ensuring uncompromising commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle About You We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience managing major electrical packages within mission critical data centres A strong technical grounding in high-voltage/low-voltage distribution, generators, UPS systems, containment, power quality, and commissioning Leadership capability to drive teams, instil accountability, and maintain high performance under demanding deadlines Commercial acumen, contractual awareness and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and best practice Why Join?
