If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you are invited to apply for this role. We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team in Royston. This role is with a global EPC, on an initial 12 month contract outside IR35. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate instrumentation installation and commissioning activities on-site. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety procedures during all instrumentation works. Manage and oversee vendor and subcontractor personnel performing instrumentation tasks. Perform and/or witness calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instrumentation devices and control systems. Implement Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures where required for instrumentation systems. Review and maintain documentation for commissioning and handover to the client. Liaise with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems. Requirements: Relevant degree or diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years experience in instrumentation installation and commissioning. Strong knowledge of instrumentation standards and calibration procedures. Familiarity with PLC/DCS systems and integration with process control. Excellent supervisory and coordination skills for multi-disciplinary teams. Strong documentation and reporting capabilities. Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on-site.
