Job Description D365 CE Functional Consultant - London (Hybrid)Join an established UK-Based MS Partner who are looking to add experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant(s) to their delivery team! Working on various exciting D365 CE projects, this opportunity provides the successful candidate the chance to join a company with a vast client base (predominately public sector) with excellent progression opportunities! Role & ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders both internal and external to understand business needs and translate them in to functional requirementsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution deliveryConfigure and customise D365 CE applications.Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation supportSkills & QualificationsExperience customising, configuring and developing D365 CE solutionsStrong working knowledge of one or more of the core modules - Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution deliveryEngage with stakeholders both internal and external to understand business needs and translate them in to functional requirementsFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
