An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our well-respected Commercial Property team based in North Staffordshire.An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 5 years PQE to progress their career. You will bring skills and experience sufficient to head up & grow the Commercial Property Department, working alongside our extensive residential property team.You must have experience in dealing with a varied commercial property caseload. Plus, be a significant fee earner, and can confidently manage high volume and complex work.The ideal candidate will already have contacts with individual businesses themselves, commercial estate agents, & business organisations who will require commercial property work to be undertaken.Networking and partnership working, form part of this key role and allow the successful candidate to build a reputation and high-level profile.Experience using case management and digital dictation is essential, as is the ability to work with online portals and take part in digital marketing campaigns to promote the team and its work. Ensure that you are able to manage a case load competently and in line with internal compliance procedures.You must be able to travel for meetings and court purposes and have your own form of transport.
