Flexi Inspection Operators – SwindonShort-Term Contract We’re urgently recruiting Inspection Operators to join our client in Swindon for a short-term assignment. This role involves 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation. Both day and night shifts are available.Role ResponsibilitiesVisually inspect packaging for defects (dents, broken/missing tablets, seal issues, etc.)Remove defective units and report findings to the shift supervisorKeep the inspection area clean and organisedCheck batch details including lot numbers and expiry datesAssist with changeovers between product batches when requiredEscalate any issues to supervisors or QAFollow GMP standards and site safety protocolsWhat We’re Looking ForAbility to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off patternHigh attention to detailReliable, punctual and able to start immediatelyComfortable working in a GMP-regulated environment
