What Youll Be Doing: Leading refurbishment and/or dilapidation projects from the outset Carrying out building surveys, producing high-quality technical reports, and managing client expectations Attending client meetings and building strong, lasting relationships Working flexibly across office, site, and remote environments in Birmingham and surrounding areas Playing an influential role in the companys ongoing growth and development What Were Looking For: Solid experience in dilapidations, refurbishment, and project delivery Ability to confidently manage projects through every stage Comfortable working across a variety of occupied and unoccupied buildings Based in or around Birmingham , or happy to travel Why Join Us?
